Refunds or exchanges are currently not accepted. I provide multiple photos as well as detailed description of my listings, as a small business I simply can't afford to offer refunds at this time. I encourage you to know your measurements before placing an order! At the end of the day these are hand made with repurposed textiles and come with some wear and tear. Please appreciate these precious pieces for what they are! Perfection does not exist and I try to embrace it. I am currently offering shipping to Canada and USA. Personne is not responsible for packages lost or stolen in the mail or for custom duties of your country. Any issues that may occur after a package has been shipped and is out of my hands, should be communicated with the mail carrier. Shipping prices are calculated by the weight of the item(s) and your shipping location.
